This was truly unexpected and a blessing. I came back to San Antonio in late 2014 and have worked for 5 years to make a name for myself. The fact that I was asked to join that exclusive circle was very moving. In a way, it has validated a lot of the hard work I put in to be a driving force in our film community. It’s official now.
